You'll break into groups of four.
INDIVIDUAL PROCESS
Within the group, each of you will take on one of the following roles:
Solar energy expert
Biomass energy expert
Wind energy expert
Geothermal energy expert
Hydro energy expert
After you've chosen a renewable energy, each of you will go to the resourses page and gather as much information as you can. This will be the basis of your argument as to which resource is the best solution to world's energy crisis!
GROUP PROCESS
As soon as every teammate has finished the research as experts in each selected renewable resources, it is time to take your research and try to persuade your teammates that your renewable resource is the best solution to the world's energy crisis!
Your team must deliberate and find a common ground when making a decision on the best solution.When a decision has been made be sure to list the order of all the resources, for this is the order in which your presentation will be given.
There are two things left for your team to do:
- Each member of the team will develop their own slides describing their resource. After everyone on the team has finished, one student will merge all of them together into one.
